Willowbrush Estates is now accepting lot reservations on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you’ve selected the homesite that feels right for your family, a non-refundable lot reservation deposit equal to 10% of the lot purchase price secures your lot and removes it from active availability.
Your lot deposit is:
Applied toward the final home purchase price
Transferable to another available homesite
Used to secure your place in the Willowbrush community

After your homesite is reserved, we’ll begin the design and planning phase. A non-refundable $15,000 Design Deposit allows our team to begin floor plan development, drafting revisions, allowance planning, custom requests, selections, and proposal preparation.
This step helps us create a more complete picture of what your home will look like, how it will live, and what it will require before moving into the final agreement.

Once your plans, specifications, allowances, and proposal are finalized, your project moves into contract. From there, the Purchase & Sale Agreement is completed and earnest money is placed into escrow before the project moves toward pre-construction and construction.
Construction begins once contract and escrow requirements are complete.
