Havyn Homes was created from a shared belief that building a home should feel more personal, more organized, and more meaningful.
Our founders, Matt Swenson and Jared Maybon, bring decades of combined experience in homebuilding, land development, leadership, and construction systems. Together, they created Havyn Homes to build thoughtful, innovative homes for families who value quality, relationships, and a clear path forward.

Meet the Havyn Homes Team
Matt Swenson
Matt brings more than two decades of experience in land development, residential construction, and custom homebuilding.
He helps guide each project from lot planning and home design through construction oversight and the final homeowner walkthrough. Known for his hands-on approach, Matt is passionate about creating timeless, innovative homes where every detail is thoughtfully considered to improve the way families live.

Jared Maybon
Jared brings more than a decade of executive leadership experience in the homebuilding industry, along with a strong background in systems, operations, and long-term strategic growth.
As a Certified EOS Implementer®, Jared helps ensure the Havyn Homes experience is organized, efficient, and focused on delivering a clear and enjoyable process for homeowners, trade partners, & realtors.

Will Smith
Will helps bring each home to life through his experience in design, drafting, and construction management.
He helps translate ideas into buildable homes, oversees schedules and field execution, and supports a high level of care throughout the process.

Dyanna Swenson
Dyanna keeps Havyn Homes’ financial operations organized with accuracy, care, and attention to detail.
She manages day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and financial records that help keep the projects running smoothly behind the scenes.
Bookkeeper
Maddi Montgomery
Maddi helps clients navigate the Havyn Homes journey from the first connection to closing day.
As Director of Sales and Marketing and Havyn’s in-house realtor, she supports buyers through the early stages of the process while also helping manage administration, communication, and the overall client experience.
The process book introduces Dyanna, Will, and Maddi as part of the Havyn Homes team, with roles in bookkeeping, construction management, sales, marketing, real estate, and client experience support.
